DVDRip Terminology | Dictionary | Explanation A rip of the final released DVD, encoded to fit on a CD. DVDrips are released in SVCD and DivX/XviD, and the audio is usually in AC3 format. DVDrips are released in the AVI format. DVDRips are very popular in the scene, and as of today they are still more popular than DVDs because of the small size. |
