The.720p.x264.TV.Releasing.Standards.2007 not fully supported
Some while ago we informed you about the new high definition TV rules.
The releasegroup SAiNTS informed us this week why they didn`t sign these rules:
"We refused to sign The.720p.x264.TV.Releasing.Standards.2007 because they do not ban segmenting which is the main reason for the crap releases we get in the HDTV scene nowadays. But since at least two of the groups that created/signed those new rules are already segmenting x264 obviously segmenting was never going to get banned.
