The Police in Calgary have made the first charge of it`s kind in Alberta Canada.
Richard Lissaman, 20, was arrested and charged with an unauthorized recording of a movie. He was caught recording at the Empire Studio theater in Country Hills on the afternoon of December 21st. It was reported that when the officers arrived the theater security had told them that they had been watching him at the theater for the past six months, on behalf of the Canadian Motion Picture Distribution Association.
The authorities say they witnessed the man allegedly recording with hidden camcorder.

R. Lissaman is schedule to appear in court on February 1st.
